- LOCK 'ER UP Secured Storage does not have an office on site.
- Rental agreements are furnished during the reservation process. After review of the rental agreement you will be asked to accept and continue or you can decline and your information will not be saved.
- RV dumping station; we do not currently have a RV dumping station. One may be added in the future if approved by the state.
- Inisde Storage - Doors are 9 feet wide and 6.5-7 feet tall.
- Maximum of TWO trailers/items per outdoor parking space.
- Rental cost include taxes in posted price.
- The first month of rent will be prorated based on the selected move in date. Rent will be due on the first of the month after the first month.
- The administration fee of $25.00 is a one time account set-up fee. The fee includes a FREE lock for inside storage units.
- Lost Keys - Please keep your keys is a safe place. If your lock must be cut off the unit there will be a $25.00 service fee for lock removal, the $25.00 fee does include a new lock.
